You can return your item for an exchange or refund within 14 days subject to proof of purchase and goods sent back in the same condition they were purchased. No refund or exchange will be given without a receipt, dispatch note or other proof of purchase. Unwanted/Unworn goods can be returned up to 28 days from purchase. Where no proof of purchase is given e-voucher for the current selling value will be issued.
For any unwanted returns please email email@example.com to arrange, clearly stating your order number, name and product details, please note return postage charge must be paid by customer.
Once we have received the product(s) and if appropriate, any packaging, a refund will be credited to the payment card account. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for your bank to credit your account. We are not liable, and cannot take responsibility for, any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process.
